Clients retain ownership of their data and business information. By engaging our services, clients grant us a licence to use their data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content or proprietary materials without express written permission.
Both parties acknowledge that confidential information may be disclosed during the course of our business relationship. We are committed to protecting client confidentiality and maintaining appropriate safeguards for sensitive business information.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our business relationship and continue indefinitely unless information becomes publicly available through no breach of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technonex's liability for any claims arising from or related to our services or website is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Technonex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

For clients located in other EU member states, mandatory consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction may also apply where applicable.
Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
